Come tour the Columbia Plasma Lab! We have an active tokamak (a machine that uses fusion to make energy) and a new stellarator under construction, along with several smaller education labs! Tours will be scheduled in 30 min slots throughout the week, and tickets will be free but limited to 15 people per tour.

This event will be K-12 friendly! While demos will be available during the regular lab tours, the demo event will be a separate event open to students K-12 to have more dedicated time to interact with the demos and learn more about plasma. These demos will be led by Columbia Plasma Physics PhD students and will be interactive, educational, and friendly!
